cPanel – How to Add a New Website
If you have purchased a new domain name and now want to create a website for it in WordPress, follow these simple instructions.
1. Go into cPanel and select Addon Domains
An addon domain allows visitors to reach a subdomain of your site by typing the addon domain’s URL into a browser.
2. Install WordPress by selecting Fantasticio De Luxe
3. Select WordPress and then New Installation
4. Select the Add on Domain you previously entered
5. Enter the administrator username you wish to use for the site
6. Enter the password for the user you wish to use for the site
7. Enter an administrator nickname
8. Enter your e-mail address
9. Enter your Site Name and Description
10. Then click Install WordPress
11. Take note of the database name that will be created and then click Finish Installation
12. Wait for the Install to complete, then take note of the URL to administer your site along with your username and password
13. Now you can go to the URL of your new site and begin customizing it!

Google Adsense
Joel Comm’s book on Adsense secrets 4th edition was one of the first eBooks we downloaded when we started taking a more active interest in the “making money aspect” of the advertising on Google. Initially it did not make a lot of sense, the amount of information too much to take in, all 237 pages of it! How to Choose a Domain Name
Your domain name is your web site’s address on the Internet. The name should reflect your websites purpose and content. For e.g. if you want to create a Website that provides information on ideas for children’s parties, then you would want to search for a domain name that reflects this.
There are many Domain Registrars available. We recommend GoDaddy for all domains, other than .co.nz domains which can be done through someone like Discount Domains
Keep these tips in mind while you search.
- Try to stick with .com addresses if you can. These are more ‘valuable’ and easier to remember for your users. If your primary website users will be country based it is worthwhile using country based domain names like .com.au or co.uk or .co.nz.
- We recommend where you can don’t go over 3 words in your domain name as a smaller domain name is certainly better than a longer one.
- If you are planning on monetizing your website, select a domain name with the relevant keywords in it.
Costs of Domain names can vary from 89 cents for a .info domain way up to thousands of dollars for premium domain names.
